Embudu Village is proud to honour the outstanding achievements of our talented culinary team at this year’s Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) Global Culinary Challenge and Exhibition 2025.

Held from 7th to 9th September, FHAM remains the Maldives’ premier international hospitality trade fair, bringing together top chefs, culinary experts, and hospitality professionals from across the region. It provides a global stage for Maldivian resorts to showcase their creativity and talent while raising the profile of the nation’s vibrant hospitality industry.

This year, our chefs shone brightly, earning multiple medals across a variety of categories — from intricate cake artistry to live cooking challenges. Their success highlights not only their individual passion and skill, but also Embudu Village’s dedication to offering guests authentic, high-quality dining experiences in our timeless island escape.
